Dear Neighborhood Cats & Dogs,
I understand that you must meet regularly, sometimes multiple times a day (or night), to discuss boundary lines for your territories. I understand that neighborhood turf is a very important thing with very fluid boundary lines. But must you announce every change to the neighborhood? We trust your judgment and accept your decisions. You do not need to keep us updated quite so often. Once a month, during the afternoon, is sufficient.
