Pain in the Neck

I have done something horrible to my neck. I was using the computer Wednesday, then decided to move to the bedroom and fold laundry. By the time I made it to the bedroom, my neck hurt. I don't know what I've done to it, but my neck is killing me. I'm living on ibuprofen. Anyway, I think the injury is computer related, so I'm not going to use the computer this weekend. I hope it helps. And this will force me to finish my syllabus...
