Why is it that I pick really hard, complicated topics for papers? Topics that experts in the field don't even attempt to wade into? They wait for some poor unsuspecting grad student who wants to be Indiana Jones, then cackle maniacally when she picks her topic, that's what they do.
Have I mentioned that this paper and the one I just finished are not in my primary field of study, and that this paper is for a field that I HAVE NEVER STUDIED BEFORE THIS CLASS!? And that I picked REALLY HARD TOPICS, even for people in the fields?
Yes. I will not be sleeping very much at all tonight as I finish this beast.
